Why Lat Krabang?

The Large Eastern District

Lat Krabang (literally: "slope of shield") is the second largest district of Bangkok (the first one is neighbouring Nong Chok).

So naturally, it would be expected that Lat Krabang would produce a lot of discarded PLASTIC POLLUTION.

The map below shows the enormous number of canals, tributaries and waterways that carry this waste directly into the waters of the Gulf of Thailand.

This makes it a perfect choice to wage our fight against PLASTIC POLLUTION.

This fight to clean up the Gulf of Thailand will greatly benefit the people of Lat Krabang, as well as all the other districts of Bangkok, and finally, all of Thailand.
